EO Principle of The Detection System </h2>This system sets up a complete sampling system through sampling pump polling sampling to monitor the environmental EO concentration in the workshop. <h2 style="text-align: left;">2. Introduction To PEL And LEL Sensor</h2>EO concentration sensors are divided into two levels. One is PEL, which is mainly used for the detection of personal safety and health. The general concentration unit is PPM or mg/m cubed; other is LEL, which is mainly used to detect whether dangerous gases are in an explosive range. <h2 style="text-align: left;">3. The Advantages of This Sampling System </h2>3.1 Many Points InspectionThe system samples EO concentration of the monitoring points by sampling pump polling, to establish the EO concentration system for the whole workshop. Need less EO sensors, the whole workshop only need 4 sensors at most, 2 of PEL and 2 of LEL, but can inspect many points. 3.2 Low Cost Since the sampling system is polling, the number of main core detection units is less, and the overall cost is relatively low, especially when the workshop needs a lot of inspection points, it will be very cost-effective. At the same time, because the number of sensors is small, the annual verification cost is very low. 3.3 High sampling accuracy We use high precision detection devices to ensure high precision sampling of detection points. 3.4 Simple Structure And Convenient Maintenance The system is mainly composed of detection sensors, sampling pump and polling control system, the structure is simple and it’s easy to maintain. <h2 style="text-align: left;">4. System Standardization Specification &nbsp;</h2>BEOT28 The system has two built-in detection sensors, one for LEL, one for PEL, two for sampling pump, eight for PEL and two for LEL, and one for 10.4-inch touch screen. Data recording is supported. Data in the touch screen can be exported through the usb drive or connected directly to PLC via Ethernet, and then monitored by PC, suitable for general small disinfection stations. BEOT48 The system has 4 built-in detection sensors, 2 LEL, 2 PEL, 4 sampling pumps, 8 PEL and 2 LEL detection points, and 1 10.4-inch touch screen. BEOT4F Data recording is supported. Data in the touch screen can be exported through the usb drive or connected directly to PLC via Ethernet, and then monitored by PC. Suitable for small disinfection stations with high stability requirements. BEOT4X The system has 4 built-in detection sensors, 2 LEL, 2 PEL, 4 sampling pumps, 32 PEL and 8 LEL detection points, and 1 10.4-inch touch screen. Data recording is supported. Data in the touch screen can be exported through the usb drive or connected directly to PLC via Ethernet, and then monitored by PC. Suitable for large disinfection stations with high stability requirements.
