BOCON’s Automatic Transmission System utilizes a flexible, rotatable chain drive to achieve high-precision pallet movement. By employing external shaft threading, the driving mechanism—including Servo Motors or asynchronous motors with frequency converters—remains outside the chamber, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration for maximum cargo stability.

Functions Of Automatic Transmission Device

1. Automated Bidirectional Transport

The system allows pallets to be automatically transported from the feed door into the cabinet or exited in reverse. Operators simply position the first pallet at the inlet and initiate the command via a manual panel or optional remote control. The system maintains a precise 50mm gap between pallets, with the ability to adjust positioning freely through forward and backward micro-movements.

2. Numerical Positioning System

When configured with a Servo Motor, the system achieves true digital positioning. By eliminating the need for internal limit switches or position sensors, the numerical system provides a simplified, reliable method for intelligent pallet management and visual control.

Stability & Efficiency Variable frequency drives ensure “Slow Start – High Speed – Slow Stop” logic. This prevents sudden impacts that could dump cargo or affect loading quality.

Maintenance & Reliability

The core structure consists of a heavy-duty stainless steel chain and an external driving mechanism. This simplified design significantly reduces the failure rate compared to complex pneumatic systems and minimizes the long-term maintenance burden for sterilization facilities.
