EO Detection System For Workshop: EO Gas Monitoring Solutions
1. EO Principle of The Detection System
This system establishes a complete sampling architecture through sampling pump polling. It continuously monitors environmental Ethylene Oxide (EO) concentrations in the workshop, providing real-time data to ensure a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
2. PEL vs. LEL Sensors
Our sensors are divided into two critical safety levels:
- PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit): Used for personal health safety. Units: PPM or mg/m³.
- LEL (Lower Explosive Limit): Used to detect if gases are within an explosive range.
3. Key System Advantages
Many Points Inspection: Uses polling pumps to inspect multiple points with fewer sensors (max 4 sensors for an entire workshop).
Low Cost: Reduced core units lead to lower procurement and annual verification costs.
4. System Standardization Specifications
